This is our next Christmas tree bauble from the folk collection.
Just like the other ornaments from this collection, this bauble has a vibrant, colourful decoration and the whole thing exudes vital joy.
The background of our bauble is deep raspberry red, which we combined with black decorations. This is how we painted expressive stylized flowers, all covered with black lacquer. Their details are emphasized by tiny, shimmering brocade which we can see in the contours of leaves and in the lines of stems. A very important element of the decoration are also numerous glass sapphires, which break the leading colour scheme, enliven the whole and make the bauble shine.
Please also note how dynamic the decoration of our bauble is. Flowers and leaves seem to be in constant motion, in pursuit of one another – like on a dress swirling in a dance...
