RETURN OF GOODS
- In accordance with the Act of March 2, 2000 "About protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product," the customer may return goods purchased in ExArte store without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery. This is possible only if the goods were not used or been damaged in any way.
- The customer must return the goods in their original packaging and carton, together with completed declaration of withdrawal from the purchase (should contain personal and contact data of the customer, along with the information that he/she withdraws from the purchase, and also include a bank account number for the payment refund) and attached proof of purchase. The sample of withdrawal from purchase can be obtained by contacting our support (exarte@exarte.pl).
- The store guarantees repayment of the amount equal to the price of returned goods. Funds will be returned by bank transfer to the account specified by the customer within 14 working days from the date of receipt by ExArte store returned goods. The cost of returning goods is not refundable.
- ExArte Store informs that in case of loss sent by the Customer shipment of returned goods, Store does not assume any responsibility for the goods. In such cases, complaints must be made to the carrier. For this reason, we recommend shipping insurance by the Client.
