Unfortunately, if a glass bauble cracks or shatters, there is no possibility of a permanent and aesthetic repair. Therefore, we recommend handling the ornaments carefully and storing them properly in their original boxes or special protective packaging.

3. Which size of baubles fits which Christmas tree?

• Christmas trees up to 120 cm – glass baubles with a diameter of 5–6 cm look best.
• Christmas trees 150–180 cm – 7–9 cm ornaments work best.
• Christmas trees over 200 cm tall – larger baubles, 10–12 cm and larger, can be used, as they will be clearly visible from a distance.

In practice, it's best to combine several sizes, which adds depth and harmony to the decoration.

Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery to Germany and most EU countries usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on the carrier and the pre-Christmas period.

It's best to store them in their original boxes or in special boxes with compartments, in a cool, dry place. It's a good idea to wrap glass baubles in tissue paper or soft paper. Avoid bubble wrap directly on the glass – it can damage the decoration.

Personalization is only available for wholesale orders of 100 pcs or more. We offer personalization options such as metal tags with a logo or name on the bauble cap, ribbons with a logo or inscription tied to the bauble or on the box, notes to be inserted into the box, or stickers for the box.

9. How are glass baubles packaged for shipping?

Each of our Christmas baubles is first protected with soft tissue paper and bubble wrap, then packed in a separate, rigid box, and then additionally secured for transport. This minimizes the risk of damage during shipping.

10. Can I return or exchange baubles?

Yes, by law, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract when purchasing online. Glass baubles must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.

11. Can baubles be purchased in sets?

We offer hand-decorated glass baubles in individual boxes. However, you can create your own themed or color-coded sets, inspired by our collections. This will create sets perfect for decorating an entire Christmas tree.

All our boxes are suitable for gift-giving – they are aesthetically pleasing, made of eco-friendly cardboard, and branded with our logo. We can also include a greeting card. Simply request this option in the order notes.

16. Can I receive a VAT invoice for my order?

Yes, we issue VAT invoices. Simply select this option when placing your order and provide your invoice details. If this option is not selected, we will issue an invoice using the buyer's details by default. The invoice is always sent via email. We do not include a paper copy of the invoice with shipping.
