A rocking horse has been inseparably associated with a children's toy for over 220 years.
The most beautiful, wooden horses, are still made by traditional handicraft methods. They became the model for our Christmas tree baubles presented here. In turn, from the wealth of ornaments that decorate these wonderful toys, we chose motifs inspired by folk art.
The dominating colour of our bauble is black - shiny on the horse and matt over the poles. It is complemented by the vivid red of the horse's mane and tail, as well as the rocking and harness background. This contrasting combination breaks the bouquet of colourful flowers, decorating the space above the poles. Attention is drawn to blue and red petals and delicate green leaves. Look how carefully these details were made, with painterly shading and brocade accents, enriched with golden pearls and colourful crystals. Real hand-decorated baubles!
