It is certainly thanks to a wonderful colour scheme of these baubles based mainly on dark navy blue tones. The second common feature, which you like so much, is unusual mood of the presented views, full of silence, peace and serenity.
In front of you is our next Christmas bauble from this series. It shows a winter which is not very cold, because the water in the stream has not frozen yet, but very snowy – the bridge, trees and bushes are covered with white caps. The night is silent and calm, everything, except for the stream, remains motionless and asleep, shrouded in deep blue.
Production of our bauble is a true mastery of painterly brushstrokes, shading and glazing. Please also pay attention to the daring operation of breaking the colour convention. Asymmetrical red fruits were placed in the foreground. They enliven the whole image and make the painting very original.
